The Flower of the Day is a free e-mail service that provides daily quotes from Sri Prem Baba, a master teacher from Brazil who continues the work of the Sachcha lineage in India. Prem Baba’s method of self-discovery builds bridges between East and West, psychology and spirituality. These short teachings or “reminders” cover various themes from relationships and work with the shadow to activating consciousness and connecting with the Divine.
The Flower of the Day has been popular with people from all faiths and walks of life, regardless of their connection with Prem Baba. People who have no previous connection with psycho-spiritual work to people who have been following specific religions or traditions for decades have all benefited from this daily “flower” or “offering,” praising the accessibility, universality and practicality of its teachings.
